Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is require to secure all appointments

  • Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo

  • Each artist takes deposits directly, those deposits can vary in price

Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when proper notice is given

  • Repeated reschedules may require a new deposit to be placed

Cancellations & No-shows

  • Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice

  • No-shows forfeit their deposit and may require you to pay a larger deposit before booking again

Age & Identification Policy

  • In the state of California, all clients must be 18 years of age of older

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is require for every appointment

  • We do not tattoo minors, regardless of parental consent.

Design Policies

  • Artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of the artist until tattooed.

  • Custom designs are created specifically for the client and may not be taken to another artist

  • Minor adjustments can usually be made at the appointment

  • Major design changes may require additional drawing time and could result in rescheduling

Pricing Policies

  • Tattoo pricing is based on placement, detail, size, and time required

  • Quotes are estimates and may change if the design, size or placement changes

  • Large projects may require multiple sessions.

  • Each artist has their own pricing, based on experience, style, and time required

Health & Safety Policies

We reserve the to refuse service if a client :

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Has skin conditions that may affect tattooing

  • Is unable to provide a valid form of identification

  • Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our artists or clients

  • Requesting unsafe tattoo practices

  • Health concerns that could affect the artist, and or the tattoo process

Guest Policy

  • Due to limited space, we ask that clients bring no more than one guest when necessary

  • Children should not be left unattended in the studio

Touch up Polocies

  • Touch up requests must be made after the tattoo is fully healed

  • Complimentary touch ups may be offered at the artists descretion

  • Touch ups may not be free for tattoos damaged by improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, or natural aging

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and place a new deposit

  • inform your artist immediately if you know you will be late

Refund Policies

  • Tattoo services are non-refundable

  • If concerns arise regarding a tattoo, please contact the studio so we can work towards a solution
